CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR
TAKE AYAHUASCA

A decoction of "spirit creepers" (Banisteriopsis caapi) and chacruna (Psychotria viridis) is absolutely safe for a healthy body. But in combination with narcotic and psychoactive substances, as well as some drugs, ayahuasca can cause serious harm to health, even death. So please read this manual carefully!

7, and preferably 14 days before the ceremony, you must also stop taking:

• SSRIs - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (for example, paxil, fevarin, zoloft);
• MAOIs - monoamine oxidase inhibitors (for example, azilect, umex, rasagiline);
• psychoactive substances, primarily MDMA (ecstasy), ephedrine, amphetamine;
• alcohol;
• products containing tyramine (for example, spicy and aged cheeses, kefir, long-life sausages, oysters, sauerkraut, mushrooms, red wine).

PREPARATION FOR
PROGRAM

To get the maximum effect from participating in Life Retreat with Viktor Alexeev, you need to properly prepare. We have prepared detailed instructions for you.

✓ drugs that have an anorexigenic effect, that is, appetite suppressants (for example, dexfenfluramine, chlorfenterphine hydrochloride, mazindol);
✓ barbiturates and any other drugs that depress the central nervous system (for example, pentobarbital, talbutal, aprobarbital);;
✓ corticosteroids and other medicines prescribed for asthma and bronchitis (eg, dexamethasone, medrol, betaspan);
✓ beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, and other drugs to lower blood pressure (eg, Nebilet, Concor, lisinopril);
✓ antihistamines, that is, antiallergic drugs (for example, mebhydrolin, suprastin, diphenhydramine);
✓ cough medicines containing dextromethorphan (DXM);
✓ tranquilizers, both anxiolytics (eg lorazepam, hydroxyzine, aminophenylbutyric acid) and antipsychotics (eg betamax, xanax, haloperidol);
vasodilators, i.e. vasodilators (eg bosentan, nicotinic acid, magnesium sulfate).

An Ayahuasca ceremony experience without integration makes no sense. Therefore, the integration will be carried out for you personally by the most experienced mentor - Viktor Alexeev

ATTENTION! If you have been diagnosed with a pathology of the cardiovascular system, consult your doctor before the ceremony and start taking the decoction with reduced doses. Ayahuasca increases the pulse and blood pressure (primarily "lower", diastolic). For a healthy person, this is not dangerous, but it can worsen the condition of a patient suffering from certain diseases of the cardiovascular system.
