What this programme is, and what it is not

Our retreats and sessions are personal development programmes. They are not a medical or psychotherapeutic service and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or specialist medical care. We do not treat illness and we do not promise any particular outcome. If you are under treatment or have a health condition, speak to your doctor before booking.

Minimum age

Participation is open to people aged 18 or over. For private family programmes, terms are agreed separately and in writing.

The assessment before arrival

Before confirmation you complete a health questionnaire and speak with the team. Some conditions and medications are incompatible with the programme; where that is the case we will tell you plainly that we cannot accept the booking. Incomplete or inaccurate answers may result in participation being refused on site, without refund.

Booking and payment

A place is reserved once we confirm in writing and the agreed deposit has been paid. The price, currency, payment schedule and exactly what the programme includes are set out in the offer you receive before paying. International travel is not included unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

• More than 60 days before the start: full refund of amounts paid, less any irreversibly committed costs, evidenced.
• Between 60 and 30 days: the deposit is retained; the balance is refunded or may be transferred to another date within 12 months.
• Under 30 days: amounts paid are not refunded, but you may request one rescheduling if places are available.
• If we cancel the programme: you receive a full refund of what you paid us or, if you prefer, transfer to another date.

Send cancellation requests in writing to [email protected]; they take effect from the date we receive them.

Right of withdrawal

For leisure services supplied on a specific date, EU distance-selling law does not provide a general 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation terms above apply instead and are communicated before payment.

Liability

Participation is voluntary and undertaken on your own responsibility. We are not liable for consequences arising from health information that was withheld or inaccurately declared, from not following the team's guidance, or from matters outside our control — weather, transport, travel restrictions or force majeure. We recommend travel and health insurance valid for the duration of the programme.

Confidentiality

What is discussed within the programme stays between participants and the team. We ask you to respect other participants' privacy in turn, including by not photographing or filming without their agreement.

Data processing

How we use your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We will first try to resolve any disagreement directly. Failing that, disputes are settled by the courts competent at our registered office, without affecting the consumer protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version applying to your booking is the one in force on the date it was confirmed.
