The Golden Standard in Natural Medicine Retreats
The Golden Standard in Natural Medicine Retreats
A natural medicine retreat in the Ecuadorian Amazon with a non-touristic approach: small groups, preparation before arrival, and an integration programme afterwards.
We have worked in Ecuador for over five years, with small groups and our own protocols for preparation, safety and integration. We share that experience with other centres in the region.
Frequently asked questions
How do I prepare for an ancestral medicine retreat?
Preparation starts a few weeks in advance: a recommended diet (no alcohol, processed foods or excess stimulants) and clarifying your personal intention. After registering you receive a detailed preparation guide, and the team answers your questions throughout.
Is there a medical screening before taking part?
Yes. Before arrival you complete a detailed medical questionnaire, and the team reviews your health history and current medication. Some conditions and medicines are not compatible with the ceremony, in which case participation is postponed or declined — which is why screening always happens before confirmation.
What is included in the retreat?
Accommodation at the centre in Ecuador, meals adapted to the preparation period, ceremonies guided by experienced facilitators, individual and group sessions, and the post-ceremony integration programme.
When do the next retreats take place?
Confirmed sessions for 2026–2027: September 5–16, October 2–13, November 5–16, December 15–26 (family retreat), December 28 – January 8, 2027.
Where does the retreat take place?
At our centre in Ecuador. Once your participation is confirmed you receive full travel instructions, including airport transfer details.
How do I reserve a spot?
Fill in the form on this page and the team will contact you for a short interview and the next steps. Groups are small, and registration for a session closes once its places are taken.
