# Privacy Policy

## Who processes your data

victoralexeev.com is operated by I.P. Academia Tezaurului Universal, registered at Strada Mitropolitul Varlaam 75/31, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For anything concerning your data, write to info@victoralexeev.com or call +373 600 08 070.

## What we collect

Only what you give us and what we need in order to reply:

- Through the form: first name, surname, email address, phone number, your consent to be contacted and, if you choose to complete the second step, your preferred contact channel, the period you are interested in, your date of birth and your message.

- Automatically, when the form is submitted: IP address, approximate country and city, the device's time zone, device and browser type, the page you arrived from, and campaign parameters if you came from an advert.

- Through cookies: only after you agree — see the section below.

## Why we use it, and on what basis

## Who we share it with

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share it only with the providers who help us run the site and reach you, each for a defined purpose:

- GoHighLevel (USA) — our customer relationship system; this is where your enquiry arrives.

- Cloudflare (USA) — site hosting and the Turnstile anti-bot check.

- ZeroBounce (USA) — checks whether an email address can receive mail.

- Twilio (USA) — checks whether a phone number is valid.

- Zoho (India / EU) — our email service.

- Google Analytics (USA) — traffic statistics, only with your consent.

- Meta (USA) — advertising measurement, only with your consent.

## Transfers outside the European Union

Several of the providers above are in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on the Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

## How long we keep it

- Enquiries that do not become a booking: 24 months from the last contact.

- Participant records: 5 years after the programme ends, for accounting and liability obligations.

- Health information from the assessment: deleted 12 months after the programme, unless a legal ground requires otherwise.

- Traffic analytics: 14 months at most.

## Cookies

We ask for your agreement on your first visit. Until you give it, only strictly necessary cookies are placed on your device — your chosen language and, when you submit the form, the anti-bot check. Neither Google Analytics nor the Meta pixel is loaded.

If you accept, we also use:

- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — how the site is used, in aggregate. Lifetime: up to 2 years.

- Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — which advert led to an enquiry. Lifetime: up to 3 months.

- Our own attribution (_va_ft, _va_lt) — where you first and last arrived from.

You can change your choice at any time from the button at the bottom of the page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

## Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability to another controller, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where the basis is consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Write to info@victoralexeev.com. We reply within 30 days at the latest. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence — in Moldova, the National Centre for Personal Data Protection; in Romania, ANSPDCP.

## Changes

If we change something material in this policy we update the date below, and where the change affects you directly we tell you by email.
